1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Condition: Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and with all accessories/manuals included.

  • Hygiene & Safety: Due to the personal nature of grooming products, we can only accept returns of unused and unopened shavers. If the product has been opened or used, returns cannot be accepted unless the item is faulty.

2. Faulty or Defective Products
